These terms apply when you host an event with Snap In or add photos to one. By using Snap In you agree to them.

Hosting an event

• You decide who gets the event's link and are responsible for sharing it.
• You may only use Snap In for events you organise or have permission to collect photos at, and you agree to tell guests their photos go to your album.
• The Event Pass and add-ons are one-time purchases for one album. Family is a subscription that renews until you cancel it. All are bought through the App Store or Google Play, whose refund policies apply.

Adding photos

• Only add photos and videos you took, or have the right to share.
• No content that is illegal, sexual involving minors, hateful, or that shares someone's private information. We remove it and may report it to the authorities.
• You keep the rights to your photos. You allow the host to keep, download and share them, and you allow us to store and show them for the album's lifetime.

Our service

We work hard to keep every upload safe, but Snap In is provided as is. Download anything you want to keep before an album ends. Our liability is limited to what you paid for the event in question.

Changes

If these terms change in a way that matters, we'll tell hosts by email or in the app before the change applies.
