Family, for albums all year
One person subscribes, and every album they start, now or later, gets every feature: unlimited guests, videos, the live slideshow, the morning-after reveal, guests finding their photos, the highlight video and the guestbook. Everyone they invite adds photos for free. Say Jennifer subscribes: she starts albums for Tyler's birthday, Thanksgiving and the family trip to Lake Tahoe, and her parents, sisters and their kids add to all of them.
$4.99 a month, or $39.99 a year. Storage is 100 GB across all your albums, with 3,000 new photos and videos a month. If you stop subscribing, your albums stay open to view and download for 60 days. Keep any album longer with the “Keep the album” add-ons.
The Event Pass, for one big day
A wedding, a milestone birthday, a reunion: unlimited guests, 200 GB of photos and videos, the morning-after reveal, co-hosts, guests finding the photos they're in, a highlight video and the video guestbook. You pay $39 once, for that album, and it stays online for 12 months.
The pass covers that one album only. Each new album needs its own pass, or subscribe to Family to unlock every album you make.

Paying
Plans and add-ons are bought in the Snap In app, through the App Store or Google Play, so they appear on your usual receipts and can be refunded there. Family renews until you cancel it in the store. Prices shown are in US dollars; the stores show your local price.
Questions
Do I need an account?
No. You can join an album by scanning its QR code and add photos with just a first name, or stay anonymous. Hosts sign in once with Apple, Google or email to create events.
What kinds of events is it for?
Any event with more than one phone taking photos: birthdays, weddings, baby showers, graduations, trips, holidays, reunions, concerts, conferences and team events.
Who can see the photos?
Only people with the album's link. You can also keep guests' photos from each other, protect the album with a PIN, or approve each photo before it shows.
What happens if the venue's signal is weak?
Photos wait safely on the phone and upload when the signal returns, even after the app was closed.
How do I pay?
Family is a subscription, paid monthly or yearly. The Event Pass and add-ons are one-time purchases for one album. You pay in the Snap In app, through the App Store or Google Play. Guests never pay.
How long are photos kept?
30 days on Free and 12 months with the Event Pass. Family albums stay while you subscribe, and for 60 days after it ends. You can extend an album, keep it forever, or download everything as a ZIP file.
Should I choose Family or the Event Pass?
Family is for albums all year: birthdays, holidays, a weekend away. Every album gets every feature, with unlimited guests. The Event Pass is for one big day, like a wedding or a conference, without a subscription: unlimited guests, 200 GB, the morning-after reveal, find my photos, a highlight video and the video guestbook ($19 on its own).
What about a plan I bought before?
It keeps everything it came with. Albums on Mini, Party or Grand stay as they are until they end, and Plus, Pro and Studio subscriptions renew on the same terms. They just aren't sold any more.
Can I delete photos?
Hosts can hide or delete any photo. Guests can delete their own. Deleted photos are removed from storage, not just hidden.
