How to collect every photo your guests take at any event

Whatever you're celebrating, your guests will take hundreds of photos. Most of them stay on their phones. Here is how to collect them in one place, whether it's a birthday dinner, a wedding, a team offsite or a weekend away.

1. Make it easy to find

Show the QR code where people wait with a free hand: on the tables, by the bar, at the entrance. For a trip or a small gathering, send the link in the group chat.

2. Say it once, out loud

Ask whoever speaks first to mention it: 'Scan the code and add your photos.' One sentence is enough.

3. Decide when the album opens

Some hosts like photos to appear live, on a TV by the dance floor or the stage. Others keep the album sealed until the morning after, so the event stays about the event. Both work; choose before it starts.

4. Keep it private

  • Only people with the link can see the album.
  • Explicit photos are held for you automatically.
  • You can hide any photo, or approve each one before it shows.

Afterwards, download every original as one ZIP file, and the album stays online for as long as your plan keeps it.
